Warehouse Material Handler

Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, crane, clamp truck, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Perform order picking using pickers and warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload shipments with precision, ensuring proper handling of all materials in accordance with OSHA safety standards Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Conduct heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining proper ergonomic practices to prevent injury Maintain organized storage areas by stacking pallets safely and managing inventory locations effectively Support warehouse supervisors in implementing safety protocols and adhering to OSHA regulations for all heavy equipment operation and materials handling tasks Experience Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in distribution or logistics environments Hands-on experience operating forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment is essential Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for order picking and inventory control is advantageous Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use Mechanical knowledge or construction background can be beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues Experience in shipping & receiving processes, including load & unload procedures and documentation verification Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting tasks combined with a commitment to safety procedures Join us in a role where your skills make a tangible impact! Pay:

$21.92 - $26.80 per hour
