Our client, a leading global provider of home goods, is seeking a Material Handler in Hagerstown, MD. In this role, you will assemble, pick, pack, sort, scan, return and/or dispatch merchandise.

Day-to-Day:

Unload incoming deliveries and verify materials against packing lists Inspect received goods for damage, shortages, or discrepancies Transport materials, parts, and finished products to designated storage or production areas Pull inventory to fulfill work orders, production needs, or customer shipments Use of RF scanners Utilize mathematical software engines Palletizing May perform basic quality control checks to ensure merchandise is properly packaged

About You:

High School or equivalent education 0 - 2 years experience in a distribution center Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to stand on feet all day picking product Must be able to pull a cart and/or climb a step ladder when needed Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, pull, and push for extended periods Must be able to listen and communicate effectively Pay-Rate /

Shift:

$18.00 - $20.00 / hour Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime
