Adecco is hiring Warehouse Associates in Elkton, MD for a busy distribution environment. In this role, you will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, accurately use RF scanners, and maintain organized inventory. You'll load and unload trucks, stage pallets, and follow safety and quality procedures at all times. This is a fast-paced, physical role that requires lifting, standing, and walking for your shift. Responsibilities Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate RF scanners and basic warehouse systems to track inventory and orders Load and unload trucks; move, stage, and wrap pallets as needed Perform inventory counts and help maintain organized, clean storage areas Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures in the warehouse Lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Identify and report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety hazards Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows Adhere to Adecco and client workplace policies and performance standards Required Skills Order picking Packing and labeling Inventory control RF scanner operation Forklift or pallet jack operation Shipping and receiving Basic computer skills Warehouse safety procedures Quality control checks Loading and unloading trucks
