Full-Time We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Outpatient Division. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a office environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in providing strong administrative support. Why Join Us? What You'll Do:
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties for the Outpatient Division Organize and complete assigned tasks while meeting deadlines Prepare and maintain accurate documents and records Provide professional and accurate communication to staff and clients Assist with reception coverage as needed Support compliance with licensing and accrediting agency requirements Collaborate effectively with division staff and leadership
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma required Valid driver's license required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience using office software and computer systems Professional written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards preferred
