Job Description

Laborer / Material Runner Full-Time | Growth Opportunity We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Laborer / Material Runner to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who can move quickly, stay organized, follow directions, and take pride in getting the job done right. Your primary responsibility will be picking up materials, equipment, and supplies and delivering them to active job sites . You'll also assist with loading and unloading materials, keeping equipment organized, and helping the field team as needed. What You'll Do Pick up and deliver materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Move quickly and respond to changing job-site needs Follow instructions from project managers and technicians Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized Assist crews with general labor and job-site tasks Maintain a professional and helpful attitude with customers and coworkers Help keep jobs moving by making sure crews have what they need, when they need it Learn our mitigation processes and procedures with the goal of advancing into a Mitigation Technician role What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual — showing up when you say you will is critical Hardworking and physically capable of lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials Able to move with a sense of urgency without sacrificing safety Able to follow directions and complete tasks without constant supervision Good communication and a positive attitude Organized and responsible with company vehicles, tools, and materials Valid driver's license and a good driving record Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities Prior construction, restoration, or mitigation experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and wants to grow. Growth Opportunity

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
