We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Loader to join our full-time operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and transportation environment while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload freight, packages, equipment, and materials from trucks, trailers, and shipping containers Move, arrange, and prepare shipments within warehouse and loading areas Secure cargo properly to ensure safe transport and minimize the risk of damage Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, proper labeling, and visible issues Operate basic material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies safely and efficiently Assist drivers and warehouse personnel with freight preparation, organization, and shipment processing Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces in compliance with company standards Follow all safety procedures, operational policies, and workplace guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse, freight, loading, or logistics work is preferred but not required Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 75 lbs Physically capable of performing tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement Strong attention to detail with a commitment to workplace safety Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Flexible availability and willingness to support additional hours or shifts when needed
