PM Pay:

From $18.00+ per hour depending on experience The Role Step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your work directly contributes to crafting premium artisanal sausages, bacon, salamis and charcuterie. We are seeking a versatile and energetic Team Member to take on a hybrid role, splitting time between our hands-on meat production line and our critical warehouse operations. If you enjoy variety in your workday and take pride in producing top-tier food products in a highly regulated environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities Production Operations:

Execute daily processing and packaging of high-quality meats, operating specific production equipment safely and efficiently (comprehensive training provided).

Warehouse Logistics:

Manage inventory flow, organize materials, and ensure smooth transitions between the production floor, storage, and outbound staging.

Quality & Safety:

Maintain strict adherence to all safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and overall facility hygiene, including sweeping, gathering trash, and deep cleaning as assigned.

Team Collaboration:

Pivot seamlessly between production and warehouse tasks as daily operational needs shift, working cooperatively with the broader team to meet production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements Please Note:

Due to our strict safety protocols and GMP standards, this role requires previous experience in a highly regulated, fast-paced physical environment. Applications without relevant work experience will not be considered. Required Experience (Must have at least one of the following):

Commercial Food Production:

Prior experience in food manufacturing, commercial kitchens, or catering.

High-Hygiene Manufacturing:

Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetics, or medical device production.

Specialized Logistics:

Background in cold chain logistics, refrigerated warehousing, or perishable goods handling.

Education:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

Language:

Fluency in English is required; the ability to also speak Spanish is highly preferred.

Work Ethic:

Punctual, highly dependable, and detail-oriented with excellent comprehension and communication skills.

Culture:

Must possess a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a workplace culture of cooperation and respect.
