Heavy Manual Lifting Warehouse Laborer (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) - RC

We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associate in Jessup, MD 20794 with $19.85/hr pay for a 6-month temp-to-perm opportunity). This is a 100% hands-on, physically demanding manual labor position. T are no forklifts or cherry pickers you will rely entirely on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, push carts, hand trucks), and repetitive heavy lifting to meet daily production targets independently.

Schedule:

8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM, Monday to Friday, includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks

Environment:

Secure warehouse storing files, books, and backup media (non-climate-controlled;temperatures fluctuate with the weather)

Do:

• Handle, move, and organize boxes and materials weighing 10 to 100 lbs unassisted.
• Navigate stairs, inclines, ladders, and various floor surfaces safely.
• Perform continuous physical movements including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Read and process labels, documentation, and load outbound pallets.
