Job Description

Description:
We are looking for a professional Personal Assistant/Warehouse Assistant who can attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Responsible for maintaining a clean driving record as driving is a primary function of this job. Performs skilled maintenance, repair, adjustment and minor construction work in the trades to ensure that facilities are properly maintained and meet TWC standards. Inspects facilities and grounds for safety and security; identifies and reports hazardous conditions and facility maintenance needs to supervisor. Follows safe working practices and makes appropriate use of related safety equipment as required. Performs custodial tasks and other duties as assigned.
Essential duties:
Errands and Shopping:
Some assistants are tasked with running errands, grocery shopping, and purchasing household supplies as needed. •
Basic Repairs and Maintenance:
Handle minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing loose fixtures and reporting larger issues to the homeowner or maintenance personnel. Carpet cleaning using a rug doctor. Mowing the lawn (push mower) Cleaning outside areas such as porches and garden areas. Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies. Privacy:
Assistant will respect the privacy and personal space of residents, maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring confidentiality. o Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. •
Time Management:
Efficiently managing time to complete tasks within the designated schedule is essential for keeping the household clean and organized. o Prioritization and time management skills o Working quickly without compromising quality •
Communication:
Effective communication with homeowners is important. Assistants may take note of specific cleaning preferences, special requests, or changes in the household routine. o Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience •
Teamwork:
Assistant may collaborate with other staff members, managers, office staff, to ensure smooth operations. • Valid/Good driving record. •
Event Preparation:
Assistant might assist with preparing the home for special events or gatherings by ensuring that the space is clean, well-maintained, and ready to host guests. Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. specialize in decluttering and organizing living spaces. They help homeowners optimize their space by implementing efficient storage solutions and decluttering methods.
Physical Requirements:
Consistent mental alertness; standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods of time; lift and carry light to moderate weight objects, occasionally more than 75 pounds; push/pull exerting force to approximately 30 pounds, occasionally 75+ pounds; climbing up and down ladders and stairs; bending and twisting at waist and neck; crouching and crawling; kneeling and bending at the waist, reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally; dexterity of both arms and hands, and fingers while operating equipment and cleaning; seeing to read, write, and to perform duties; hearing and speaking to exchange information in person or on the telephone
