Job Description
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate, is a motivated and detail oriented individual who wants to be a part of our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, they will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. The responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a safe and organized work environmentSupervisory Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inspection:
Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and document any discrepancies. Ensure all products are in good condition and report any damages or issues.Storage and Organization:
Safely and efficiently store products in designated areas, optimizing space utilization and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.Order Picking and Packing:
Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring items are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.Inventory Management:
Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Identify and report discrepancies promptly.Quality Assurance:
Maintain high-quality standards by handling products with care and attention to detail. Ensure that products are handled, stored, and shipped in compliance with company standards.Safety:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.Equipment Operation :
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and proficiently. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members and departments to meet production and shipping goals. Communicate effectively to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.Required Skills/Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 60 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification is a plus. Unafraid of heights up to 30 ft. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a plus.Shift:
