Overnight / Night Shift Looking for a Night Shift Opportunity? We are currently hiring General Laborers for an exciting MOCA-Amazon project in Ashland, VA. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who prefer working evening and overnight hours and want a consistent 4-day work schedule. he facility operates 7 days a week. Employees will work 4 consecutive days followed by 4 consecutive days off, repeating this schedule continuously (4 days on / 4 days off).

What You'll Do:

As a General Laborer, you will work as part of a team supporting daily project operations. You will report to the Floor Leader and work under the supervision of the Project Manager.

Responsibilities include:

Assemble and prepare boxes for processing. Apply weights and labels accurately. Place boxes/materials onto conveyor systems. Run materials through conveyor systems and help confirm proper functionality. Clean, organize, and prepare the work area. Follow instructions from the Floor Leader and Project Manager. Follow all safety procedures and job-site requirements. Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the shift. Perform general labor duties as assigned based on project needs.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and punctual individuals. Comfortable working an overnight schedule . Ability to work 4 days per week . Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Team-oriented attitude and willingness to follow directions. Ability to follow safety and workplace procedures. Steel-toe boots are required.
