Store materials in designated warehouse locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
Pick, pack, label, and stage materials for production and customer orders.
Complete inventory transactions using the company ERP system.
Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Monitor purchase order due dates and assist with expediting material deliveries.
Coordinate shipments and schedule freight and courier pickups.
Partner with the Quality team to verify material certifications before releasing materials to production.
Maintain stock levels for consumables and assist with physical inventory counts.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of customer-owned and company inventory.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Perform additional warehouse and inventory duties as assigned.
Experience with inventory transactions and ERP systems is a plus.
Forklift certification preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good computer and data entry skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.0-2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience preferred.Experience with inventory transactions and ERP systems is a plus.
