Job Description

Reports to:
Operations Manager Job Type:
Part‑time
Pay:
Starting at $20/hour (based on experience)
Expected Hours:
5-40 hours per week
Responsibilities Transportation:
Safely transport equipment to and from event venues, adhering to all traffic laws in company vehicles such as 20‑foot and 26‑foot trucks.
Product Handling:
Manage physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment.
Equipment Loading/Unloading:
Assist in loading and unloading equipment from vehicles, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage.
Inventory Management:
Restock and replenish supplies as needed.
Maintenance:
Perform general maintenance and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
Event Setup/Breakdown:
Assist with setting up and breaking down audiovisual equipment at event venues.
Customer Interaction:
Provide exceptional on‑site customer service to clients.
Team Coordination:
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate logistics and schedules.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Work Environment Work is performed in warehouse and event venue environments and involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
Qualifications Licensing:
Valid driver's license with a clean 3‑year driving record (DOT card is a plus). Experience driving 26‑ft commercial vehicles required (CDL not required).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs .
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable driving trucks up to 26‑foot. Availability Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience (Preferred) Previous experience with audiovisual equipment. Warehouse environments. Driving trucks.
Schedule Options:
5, 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts available. Day, evening, night, and overnight shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
