As a Warehouse Order Selector, you'll be an essential part of supporting the flow of recyclables, cardboard, and other materials throughout the facility. You'll work closely with warehouse supervisors and fellow team members to maintain a safe and organized environment, making a real impact in a fast-paced setting. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Order Selector, you will be responsible for Assisting with heavy lifting, waste disposal, and handling recyclables. Operating pallet jacks to move materials efficiently around the warehouse. Using cardboard, plastics, and clothing balers as needed. Climbing and using temporary ladders (4'-6') safely. Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe. Following all safety protocols and PPE requirements carefully. Standing throughout the shift while bending, lifting, twisting, and moving around the facility. Performing additional warehouse tasks to support team goals. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have Strong math and literacy skills. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. Fluent English communication skills. Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork orientation. Comfort working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. A safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
