Job Description ITG communication is hiring for Warehouse Assistant at South Paris, ME The Warehouse Assistant supports the daily warehouse operations by assisting in inventory handling, shipping, receiving, and facility organization. This hands-on role is essential in maintaining the flow of goods, equipment, and supplies within the warehouse and supporting the Operations Manager in delivering efficient, accurate, and compliant service to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Oversee and guide daily activities of warehouse assistants and material handlers Coordinate the receipt, inspection, sorting, and storage of incoming materials and supplies Ensure timely and accurate order preparation, staging, and outbound logistics Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory Support warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety enforcement Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) as needed Serve as the lead point of contact for resolving day-to-day operational issues Assist in training new team members and reinforcing standard operating procedures Communicate updates to Warehouse Supervisor or Operations Manager Key Measures /

Requirements Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting Prior leadership or team coordination experience preferred Forklift experience preferred
Exposure :
Warehouse operations including receiving, staging, and shipping Inventory control, equipment handling, and material flow processes Working knowledge of safety and compliance protocols Team support and issue escalation practices Factors critical to success at ITG Communications for this position : Ability to lead by example in fast-paced operational environments Strong attention to detail and task ownership Clear communication and ability to coach peers Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and operate warehouse equipment Use of hands and arms for equipment and inventory handling Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE May work in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments Additional Comments ITG is an equal employment opportunity employer.
