Responsibilities Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials and products throughout the production area Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols and standard operating procedures Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any issues promptly Follow strict safety standards in production, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely to support manufacturing processes Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment Support team members in meeting production goals by completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge or experience working with tools, machinery, or manufacturing equipment is preferred Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including proper PPE use and hazard awareness Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
