Schedule:

1st Shift Training → 2nd Shift (Permanent) We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual who is interested in building a long-term career with our company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and wants to grow into a skilled machine operator role. Position Overview New hires will train on 1st shift for potentially up to one year to learn the facility, equipment, processes, and expectations of the role. After the training period, the position will move permanently to 2nd shift — no exceptions. The long-term goal is to develop successful employees into Machine Operator roles , which are on 2nd shift. Starting Pay:
