Description:

Bay Cast Technologies, LLC is seeking a reliable, motivated General Laborer to support daily production operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. 2nd

Shift:

4:30pm - 2:45am

Key Responsibilities General Housekeeping:

Sweep floors, clean machines, and maintain a tidy and organized workspace

Deburr Parts:

Assist machinists by removing sharp edges and finishing machined components

Prep Baseplates:

Clean, handle, and prepare baseplates for machining or shipment

Forklift Operation:

Safely operate a forklift to move materials, parts, and scrap (training provided if needed)

Clean-Up & Organization:

Support shop organization efforts, including material sorting and tool placement

Safety:

Follow all shop safety procedures, use proper PPE, and help maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

Prior shop or manufacturing experience preferred Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods Strong work ethic and attention to detail Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
