General Labor West Michigan Fab Corp - Belding, MI Full‑time Job Summary West Michigan Fab Corp, a metal fabrication company, is seeking a dependable General Labor team member to support daily operations in our facility. This role involves hands‑on work, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn multiple processes within our shop. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks throughout the facility Read and interpret tape measurements and blueprints Cut materials using a saw Operate the Chemical Conversion line Prepare parts and assemblies for shipping Assist with powder coating (training provided) Qualifications Ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to read and understand basic blueprints Strong attention to detail Reliable, safety‑minded, and willing to learn Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required About Us West Michigan Fab Corp specializes in metal fabrication and provides a clean, organized, and team‑focused work environment.
