$18.00 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating and maintaining production machinery, supporting general labor tasks, and ensuring efficient production while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate machines and equipment safely and efficiently Load raw materials and unload finished products Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed Inspect products for quality and report defects Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures Assist team members with general labor tasks such as packaging, sorting, and material handling Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials Assist with manufacturing or warehouse operations as needed Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Ability to work overtime as needed Preferred Skills Experience with metal or tin production equipment Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Familiarity with safety standards in a manufacturing environment Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving machinery
