A company in Byron Center is looking for
Production Associates Shift:
day - Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4pm/some Fridays night - Monday-Friday 4pm-3:30am
Pay:
$15.00/hr. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform production and processing tasks according to established procedures and work instructions. Safely handle, sort, package, label, and stage materials for shipment or processing. Operate basic production equipment, tools, and machinery as trained. Load and unload materials, products, and supplies. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and PPE requirements. Assist with inventory management and material tracking as needed. Identify and report operational issues, safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions. Support production goals by meeting quality, efficiency, and productivity standards. Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math and communication skills. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
