Job Description
About Mangrove Mangrove is a West Michigan startup redefining how concrete products are made. We use Selective Paste Intrusion (SPI ) to 3D-print premium architectural, landscape, and design-forward concrete elements with precision, repeatability, and creative freedom. We are building a new manufacturing operation with a small, hands-on team. That means real ownership, fast learning, and the opportunity to improve the process as we scale. The Role The Warehouse associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, moving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products. This role helps maintain safe, accurate, and efficient material flow while keeping warehouse areas clean and organized. What You Will Do Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials, products, and supplies for accuracy and visible damage. Move, stage, and store materials and finished goods in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders or materials for shipment, production, or internal transfer. Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, racks, and containers safely and efficiently. Operate pallet jacks, carts, dollies, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment as trained and authorized. Assist with inventory checks, cycle counts, material identification, and location control. Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and paperwork to support inventory and shipment accuracy. Provide material movement and general warehouse support to production, shipping, receiving, and other departments. Follow safe lifting practices, equipment procedures, traffic rules, and required PPE guidelines. Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, unsafe conditions, and equipment issues to a supervisor. Maintain clear aisles, docks, storage locations, staging areas, and other assignedwork areas. Perform other general warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned What We Are Looking For Required High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete basic warehouse documentation. Basic math, counting, and inventory skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods. Forklift experience preferred or willingness to be trained and certified as required. Physical and Work Environment Warehouse and manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving equipment, loading areas, and varying temperatures. May require shift work, overtime, weekends, or holidays based on operational demands. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to posted safety requirements is required.
