Role:

Join Rapid Die Cut as a General Laborer in our manufacturing facility in Clinton Township, MI! This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to producing high-quality die-cut products. We're looking for team members that are looking to work part time day shift while they are going to school at night or tending to other responsibilities. Responsibilities:

Assist in the production and assembly of die-cut products. Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently. Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Package finished products for shipment. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing or general labor is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary. Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
