Based on experience Spectrum Warehousing is looking for an experienced and dependable Hi-Lo Operator to join our Commerce Township warehouse team.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a sit-down Hi-Lo/forklift Load and unload trucks and containers Move, stage, stack, and organize pallets Pick and prepare customer orders Verify product quantities and report discrepancies Use warehouse scanners and inventory systems Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous Hi-Lo or forklift experience required Ability to safely handle palletized freight Reliable attendance and transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Warehouse and scanner experience We are looking for someone who is safety-conscious, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
