Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
  • Load, unload, and move products to correct departments
  • Price merchandise according to guidelines
  • Track production numbers and complete reports
  • Maintain organized work areas and clean environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment as trained
  • Follow safety protocols and proceduresDonation Processing
  • Assist donors with donation drop-offs
  • Complete donation receipts accurately
  • Collect and track donor information
  • Process various types of donations including:o Clothing and accessorieso Household itemso Electronicso Furniture and antiqueso Jewelry and collectiblesEquipment Operation May be trained to operate:
  • Baler
  • Compactor
  • Forklift
  • Elevator
  • Other warehouse equipmentQualificationsRequired Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Must read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Warehouse experience beneficial
  • Customer service experience helpfulSkills & Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic math and reporting skills
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Team-oriented mindsetPhysical Requirements
  • Regular lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
  • Extended standing and walking
