Responsibilities Assist with inventory management by accurately stocking, picking, packing, and organizing products using RF scanners and inventory management software Load and unload shipments efficiently with equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols Prepare orders for shipment through precise order picking, packing, and labeling to ensure timely delivery Maintain detailed records of shipping & receiving activities within ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms Support warehouse distribution efforts by coordinating logistics, managing stock levels, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations Utilize data entry skills to update inventory databases and track stock movements accurately Conduct routine inspections of warehouse operations to uphold safety standards and optimize workflow efficiency Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or in logistics is highly preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP systems Ability to operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely and effectively Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and packaging standards is a plus Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and other departments Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication keeps our supply chain moving forward!
