Job Description

Recruit Specialized Staffing is hiring dependable and motivated individuals for Assembly and General Labor work in the Fowlerville, MI area . These are temp-to-perm manufacturing positions offering steady hours, overtime potential, and weekly pay. Available Shifts

1st Shift
2nd Shift
3rd Shift
Overtime based on production needs

MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM ASSIGNMENT

Overtime may include weekends and extended hours as needed. (Up to 7 days a week) Position Overview Operate and maintain paint line and assembly equipment Assist with setup, teardown, and basic troubleshooting Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy Maintain a safe and organized work area Follow all safety, attendance, and reporting procedures

Dress Code & Requirements Required:

Non-slip closed-toe shoes, jeans/work pants, t-shirt or long sleeve

Not Allowed:

Shorts, leggings, crop tops, holes/tears, or sleeveless shirts

Safety Glasses:

Required on site Bring a valid photo ID for security check-in Must pass background check and drug screen Ability to stand 8-10 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
