What You'll Do Material Handling and Packaging:

Safely load, package and move materials and finished products.

Quality Control:

Check finished work for chips, scratches, or flaws and make it right so every product meets TSS standards.

Measuring & Cutting:

Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and shop tools to meet job specs.

Tools & Equipment:

Operate and take care of a variety of shop tools and hand tools.

What We're Looking For Follows Instructions:

Can read work orders, job drawings, and simple specs.

Basic Math:

Solid basic math and comfortable reading a tape measure.

Good With Your Hands:

Enjoys hands-on work; carpentry or fabrication experience is a plus.

Flexible:

Can juggle a few tasks at once and keep pace in a busy shop. Willing to

Learn:

Comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools and systems.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment Lifting:

Able to lift and handle at least 50 lbs.

Activity:

On your feet standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift.

Safety:

Safety glasses and safety shoes required at all times in production areas.

Environment:

Work takes place on a manufacturing floor with shop machinery and hand tools.
