Warehouse Associate

Motas Transportation is Michigan's leading cannabis transport service. We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. You will work closely with our Logistics staff and drivers to keep our warehouse in order and operating smoothly.

Pay:

• $17.00 per hour during training (90 days)
• $19.00 per hour once training is complete Hours Monday
• Friday, 1:00 PM
• end of day (usually 9-10PM) Benefits Medical / Vision / Dental Benefits eligibility after 3 months of employment 401k Match up's eligibility after 1 year of employment Responsibilities Handle transport equipment, supplies, and orders in a safe and orderly manner Facilitate the timely loading and unloading of orders Work with team members to meet department goals Organize transport supplies, including bins, carts, seals, etc.

Verify orders against driver records Troubleshoot issues using transport manifests and internal records Handle short, local routes, as needed Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks in warehouse Attend semi annual meetings on weekends Report to work early and cover driver shift, as needed Required skills and qualifications Must be age 21 or older Must have Michigan Chauffeur's license Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check

• NO tickets or collisions in the last 4 years A positive work attitude is a MUST!

as well as an eagerness to help and support others Ability to lift up to 75 pounds without assistance Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, crouch, kneel, and stretch Ability to communicate effectively with team members Warehouse experience is a plus!
