Overview Key Duties and Responsibilities We are looking for a reliable General Laborer to assist with versatile tasks to maintain worksite operations while supporting skilled trades, ensuring safety compliance, and helping to maintain operational efficiency. Typical responsibilities include but not limited to: Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment Cleaning and preparing job sites, removing debris, hazardous materials, or obstacles Assisting skilled craftspeople such as machine operators Adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize hazards Conducting routine maintenance on tools and workspaces Assisting in operation of bud sorters, sifters, and grinders . Required skills Required Skills and Competencies A successful General Laborer possesses a combination of physical, technical, and interpersonal skills: Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and perform prolonged tasks Hand-eye coordination and basic technical aptitude for tools, machinery, and equipment Attention to detail to accurately follow instructions and ensure safety standards Problem-solving skills and adaptability for diverse tasks or changing work conditions Effective communication skills for understanding guidance and collaborating with team members Basic math and measurement skills to interpret plans, measure materials, and perform calculations Preferred seniority
