Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated General Laborer and Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will contribute to the seamless assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products. We are a small family business located in Kalamazoo. We specialize in custom molding and manufacturer of polyurethane products. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, including forklifts and power tools, following safety protocols and operational guidelines Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, material movement. Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to safety standards in production environments Requirements Proficiency in operating forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments or willing to learn! Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with endurance Manual dexterity for mechanical assembly and use of hand tools
