Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate on the 1st shift and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient handling of materials. 1st shift- 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday Duties Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and order picker equipment Operate heavy machinery such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively Manage inventory through accurate stock counting, tracking in warehouse management systems (WMS), and maintaining inventory control standards Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials with heavy lifting techniques and adherence to OSHA safety guidelines Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound/outbound shipments and updating AS400 or similar systems Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean work environment Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve overall warehouse management efficiency Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or manufacturing environments preferred Proficiency with inventory management systems, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 is highly desirable Valid certification or experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment required Mechanical knowledge or construction background is a plus for understanding equipment maintenance and repair needs Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks safely Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and materials handling Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packing, shipping & receiving processes Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety compliance #
INDMI Pay:
$17.50 per hour
