Position Summary:
As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate, you will spend part of your day making local deliveries to customers and the remainder assisting with warehouse operations. You will be responsible for safely transporting products, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time. When working in the warehouse, you'll assist with receiving inventory, pulling orders, stocking products, and maintaining an organized work environment. This position offers a variety of responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to the success of both our customers and our team.
Responsibilities:
-Delivery Operations Deliver HVAC/R products to customers safely, accurately, and on schedule Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and all applicable traffic laws Load and unload products while ensuring materials arrive in excellent condition Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers Collect and communicate customer feedback to management Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a clean and safe delivery vehicle -Warehouse Operations Pick customer orders using handheld RF scanners Verify product accuracy through barcode scanning Receive and stock incoming inventory Locate, organize, and stage products for delivery or customer pickup Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Valid Chauffeur's License Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate Excellent driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow established procedures and safety requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds on a regular basis Ability to safely load, unload, and transport products Previous delivery, warehouse, forklift, or distribution experience is a plus Benefits 401(k) with company match Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid time off Employee discount Retirement plan
