Pick & Pack Worker Location:

Novi, MI Pay rate: $20/hr

Direct Hire Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00

PM Flexible Start Option:

Start anytime between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM and work an 8-hour shift. Once a start time is selected, the same schedule must be maintained each day. About the Role We are looking for a dependable Pick & Pack Worker to join our very small warehouse team. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on packing food samples for trade shows, with opportunities to assist our office staff with various requests as needed. Because we are a small operation, we're looking for someone who is flexible, organized, and willing to pitch in wherever help is needed. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare food samples and materials for trade shows Organize and maintain warehouse items and packing supplies Assist with basic warehouse tasks as needed Help office staff with various requests and projects Follow packing instructions carefully and accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Occasionally enter a freezer to retrieve or organize products Perform other duties as needed to support the team Requirements Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and as part of a small team Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with a hands-on warehouse environment Willing and able to occasionally enter a freezer; jacket provided Able to lift and move boxes and products as needed Flexible and willing to help with a variety of tasks Schedule Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day Our standard schedule is 8:00 AM-4:00 PM , but we offer a flexible start-time option. Employees may choose to start anywhere between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM , then work an 8-hour shift. Work Environment This is a very small warehouse operation , so every team member plays an important role.
