Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is a key physically demanding part of keeping our shop running. From unloading trucks to manually picking orders, and maintaining accurate inventory counts, this role ensures our technicians have what they need to get the job done. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being the go-to person for keeping things organized, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing:
Unload incoming shipments and verify parts and equipment against packing slips Distribute materials to departments quickly and accurately to keep builds on schedule Report shortages, damages, and incorrect shipments, and help resolve issues with vendors to Parts Manager Maintain accuracy while receiving and pulling orders Keep the parts area organized, safe, and easy to navigate Work closely with departmental staff. Jump in and help wherever needed—this is a team-first environment
What We're Looking For:
Shipping & receiving and/or warehouse experience required Forklift experience preferred; willingness to learn required Strong organization skills and attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment Basic computer skills (inventory systems a plus) Reliable, team-oriented, and someone who takes pride in their work Ability to lift to 80-100 lbs.
