In this energetic role, you'll assist with the daily operations of the marina, ensuring customer and rental boats are safely docked, equipment is maintained, and guests receive top-notch service. Duties Assist with docking, mooring, and securing boats using techniques to ensure safe and efficient boat handling Support boat owners and guests with loading, unloading, and preparing vessels for use or storage Conduct safety inspections of docks, walkways, and equipment to maintain a secure environment for all visitors Help with seasonal tasks such as launching or winterizing boats, ensuring all procedures follow safety standards Maintain cleanliness of docks, slips, and common areas to promote a welcoming atmosphere Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs as needed experience Prior experience in marine operations or boat handling is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment troubleshooting and maintenance tasks Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, perform manual tasks, and stand for extended periods Embark on an engaging career where your enthusiasm for boating and mechanical skills can shine!
