The Warehouse Technician will work to support all general warehouse responsibilities, support facilities maintenance and inventory functions with exposure to the overall operations of the business. The successful candidate will have a thirst for learning, possess outstanding attention to detail, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong desire for career growth. TIE hires first for cultural fit and will train the right people, regardless of experience!Reports To:
Operations Supervisor Skills /Qualifications:
Shipping and Receiving experience preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Good communications skills, both oral and written Self-starter with the ability to excel in a team environment Good computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, etc.) Strong organizational skills Good problem-solving skills Must be comfortable working with ambiguity Must be in reasonably good physical condition with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle products up to 100 lbs, and ability to stand/walk for long durationsPosition Duties:
Support paint preparation of products for paint booth applications Build supports, cables, brackets, pallets, etc. according to business needs Provide backup to Shipping and Receiving functions including Box, prepare, and coordinate shipments using UPS, FedEx, and TIE software Receive shipments and enter them into asset management software Distribute received items to various locations, per Inventory Management System Inventory Responsibilities include: Cycle count, sort, organize, relocate and purge inventory, as needed Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and critical thinking methods Assist with general building maintenance and upkeep Wash industrial electronic and mechanical parts and components Other duties as assigned TIE is an Equal Opportunity Employer with excellent pay and benefitsBenefit Conditions:
