Job Description

Position Summary The Yard & Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily yard and warehouse operations, including inventory organization, material handling, and local deliveries. This role ensures materials are properly staged, organized, and delivered safely and on time while maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe work environment. Core Values & Expectations Arrives on time each day with a ready-to-work attitude Maintains strong moral and ethical standards Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and improve Displays a positive, team-oriented attitude Demonstrates strong attention to detail Willing to share ideas, ask questions, and contribute to continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Load and unload materials in the yard and warehouse Stage materials in designated areas for pickup or delivery Assist with organizing and maintaining yard and warehouse inventory Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery as needed
Inventory Organization & Maintenance:
Organize stock inventory and maintain a clean, orderly yard and warehouse Restock shelves and storage areas as needed (gate racks, slant bar racks, etc.) Assist with general cleanup and material organization Ensure materials are stored safely and are easily accessible Reporting Relationship Reports directly to the Yard Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous yard, warehouse, or delivery experience preferred Forklift experience or willingness to be trained Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Requirements Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, stand for extended periods, and safely operate and service robotic equipment. 7:00AM - 5:00PM OT available weekly!
