Job Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team in supporting our returnable packaging and dunnage cleaning operations. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help wash, inspect, and prep industrial shipping containers, plastic totes, foam inserts, and specialized racks for production. This is a critical hands-on role that keeps our supply chain moving efficiently and maintains our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities Clean & Sanitize:

Wash and sanitize returnable packaging, plastic dunnage, containers, and specialized manufacturing racks. Inspect for

Quality:

Check incoming dunnage for damage, debris, or labels, ensuring only production-ready items return to the floor.

Sort & Organize:

Organize, stack, and stage cleaned dunnage in designated warehouse zones using manual material handling equipment.

Maintain Safety:

Keep the wash bay and surrounding warehouse areas clean, safe, and free of hazards.

Documentation:

Log completed batches and report any damaged or unusable dunnage to the shift supervisor. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40-50 lbs. regularly throughout a shift. Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment (exposure to water/wash bays). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety. Previous experience in warehousing, industrial cleaning, or logistics is a plus, but we will train the right candidate . Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Background Check:

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check prior to employment.

Drug Screen:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

From $14.00 per hour
