Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs. Position Overview We are hiring Assembly Associates to work in an automotive manufacturing environment in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive components and parts while working as part of a fast-paced production team. What You'll Do Assemble automotive components and parts according to production requirements Install, fit, fasten, or connect components during the assembly process Inspect parts for visible defects or quality concerns Follow standardized work instructions and production procedures Use basic hand tools or production equipment as required Maintain production pace while meeting quality expectations Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all plant safety procedures and PPE requirements Work cooperatively with team members, supervisors, and production leadership Perform other production or assembly duties as assigned Schedule 1st

Shift:

6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Monday through Friday Overtime and weekend work may be scheduled depending on production needs. Candidates should be willing to work additional hours when required.

Pay Starting Rate:

$15.50/hour After successfully completing 90 days, the pay rate increases to $17.00/hour.
