PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

Perform all tasks necessary to consistently process and package quality products in a cost effective manner. These tasks include handling, inspection, racking, un-racking, packing, and labeling of parts, house keeping and any other assigned tasks deemed necessary by management for cost-effective operation of the business activities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED preferred. Follow verbal and written instructions. Team player (cooperative, helpful, supportive). Willing to work in a team environment. Must follow procedures and work instructions. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist and lift up to 40 pounds.

2015 certification. Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions addressing

2015 requirements. Follow all company policies and procedures. Perform all tasks in a safe manner. Maintain organization (everything in its place). Clean parts and containers, as needed. Perform inspection and any additional requirements as instructed to provide quality parts. Comply with production schedule (100% on-time delivery). Maintain production efficiency. Maintain suitable working conditions. Racking products per Line Leader and/or Production Supervisor instructions. Inspect products and containers. Identify improvement opportunities. Complete special projects as assigned.
