Job Description A manufacturing facility is seeking Concrete Production Laborers to assist with producing high-quality precast concrete in accordance with specifications. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in concrete production, operate production equipment, and work toward a potential growth path into supervision. Responsibilities Produce high-quality precast concrete in accordance with specifications. Strip and set up concrete forms. Read shop drawings and/or prints. Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S). Operate forklifts, bridge/gantry cranes, and production equipment as required. Complete daily preventative maintenance tasks as assigned, including tool maintenance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion. Ability to operate or learn how to operate power tools safely, accurately, and efficiently. Ability and desire to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes. Ability to squat, crawl, and kneel to perform tasks. Willingness to start on the production floor with an opportunity for growth toward supervision. Work Environment Work areas are partly climate-controlled.
