Duties Assist with loading and unloading shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and conducting cycle counts using warehouse management systems and inventory software Prepare orders for shipping by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately to ensure timely delivery Operate heavy equipment safely following OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure proper stock levels and inventory accuracy through regular audits and inventory control procedures Support delivery drivers with loading goods onto trucks, ensuring proper securing of loads for safe transportation Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, or general labor roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key! Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and order pickers; certification in heavy equipment operation is a plus Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, or AS400 is advantageous Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Commitment to following safety regulations including OSHA standards and PPE use at all times Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Join us today as we move products efficiently from our warehouse to our customers' hands!
