Schedules B Shift:
Monday-Wednesday 6:30 PM-6:30 AM, Thursday 6:30 PM-12:30
AM D Shift:

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred Material handling experience preferred Experience working in a production or extrusion manufacturing environment is a plus Job Duties Stage and load aging ovens and start age cycles according to production schedules Inspect aluminum extrusions before entering the aging process Move, organize, and receive alloy materials throughout the production area Support press operations and assist production teams as needed Handle materials, dump scrap bins, and move trailers safely Maintain inventory of baskets, spacers, and other production consumables Follow quality standards and customer specifications on manufacturing orders Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized work area Meet production and delivery schedules while maintaining quality standards Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Extrusion Ager Material Handler. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. What You Will Do As a Extrusion Ager Material Handler you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The Extrusion Ager Material Handler is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through production activities that help create quality finished products.
