Exhibit active leadership to support the company's vision and strategies. Ensure safety is the top priority by promoting a safe work environment. Set up and run equipment efficiently to maximize output while meeting quality requirements. Accurately fulfill customer orders and perform inspections of aluminum extrusion orders. Provide suggestions for continuous improvement in processes and procedures. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent degree. 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred. Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to recognize safety concerns and utilize proper inspection equipment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
