What You'll Be Doing:

A. Move raw materials from receiving to proper bin locations using scanners and FIFO method. B. Perform weekly cycle counts on raw materials. C. Report proper stock levels to purchasing for shortages and overstocked items.

II. BLENDING PRODUCTION/MANUFACTURING 60

% A. Pick and weigh all raw materials used in Sunburst products according to the work order travelers and production schedule. B. Stage batch material for upcoming production. C. Release work ticket after a batch has been mixed following Acumatica procedures. D. Move materials through the Work Order Management process applicable to multi-bin. E. Train new and existing employees in proper weighing, picking, blending, and filling procedures. F. Document the information used for batch control and performance measurement. G. Follow safety and PPE guidelines outlined on Work Order Traveler documents. H. Perform all housekeeping functions in blending areas.

III. LEADERSHIP AND PLANT SUPPORT 10

% A. Provide leadership and line management to the manufacturing teams by determining schedule gaps that need to be filled from scheduled and unscheduled PTO. B. Perform and maintain the 6S program. C. Assist the Chemical Production Manager in maintaining inventory What makes you a great fit:

• High School Diploma
• 3 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment and inventory control.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytic skills.
