Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Repair Technician, Delivery Driver, and Warehouse Associate to join our team! All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of your valuable contributions. Responsibilities Perform detailed electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting on medical equipment. Conduct mechanical repairs and calibration of electro-mechanical components in medical electronics to ensure compliance with ISO standards and biomedical regulations. Read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering troubleshooting guides, and maintenance manuals to accurately diagnose issues. Operate hand tools and specialized test equipment for equipment repair, maintenance, and calibration tasks. Deliver repaired or new equipment safely to healthcare facilities and homes while adhering to safety protocols; maintain accurate delivery logs. Manage warehouse inventory, organize parts and tools, and ensure proper storage of sensitive biomedical components in accordance with regulatory standards. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical information clearly and supporting clients during field service visits or troubleshooting sessions. Additional duties as assigned. Includes call time and rotating weekends Experience Proven experience in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product repair or field service within healthcare or medical environments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical diagnostics expertise for medical equipment repair-preferred. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software for tracking maintenance activities-or the ability to learn. Knowledge of ISO standards, medical regulatory compliance requirements, and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) handling protocols. Prior experience in customer-facing roles involving medical electronics repair within healthcare settings is highly desirable.
