Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM | Day Shift Magnum is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to support daily operations by moving, loading, and organizing freight in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have:

Ability to safely operate forklifts (certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days) Experience using warehouse tools and equipment, including hand scanners, pallet jacks, box cutters, straps, and carts Ability to inspect, move, and handle freight accurately to ensure on-time, complete deliveries Experience with loading and unloading trailers using both manual and mechanical methods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and efficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Must provide steel-toe boots (eligible for $150 reimbursement after 30 days) Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license (non-CDL) Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days) 1+ year of Reach Truck and Sit-Down forklift experience required Previous warehouse experience preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position is performed in a warehouse environment where employees are exposed to noise and varying temperatures, which may reach as low as 45°F depending on the season. Work involves both indoor and occasional outdoor activity, requiring awareness of surroundings and safe operation of equipment. The role requires frequent movement and physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching, as well as operating machinery and handling freight.
