Manufacturing Full Job Description Warehouse Associate Location:
Eagan, MN Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a growing warehouse and production environment in Eagan, MN. This position plays a key role in supporting inventory control, material movement, receiving, quality inspections, and overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supply production departments with materials from onsite and offsite warehouse locations. Maintain organization and accuracy within warehouse storage areas. Perform quality control inspections as directed. Receive and distribute non-inventory items to the appropriate departments. Process returns and communicate product arrivals to the appropriate teams. Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Unload shipments and containers as needed. Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and organized. Transport products between production, warehouse, and shipping areas to support on-time delivery. Return unused materials from production areas back to inventory locations. Provide backup support to shipping and sample departments as needed. Follow all workplace safety procedures and required training programs. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills. Good mathematical and inventory management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work overtime when needed. Ability to successfully complete pre-employment assessments if required. Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions. Frequent use of hands and arms for handling materials and equipment. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted. Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and inventory labels accurately. Basic math and reasoning skills required. Schedule Full-time position. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5 PM . Preferred Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus. Forklift experience preferred. Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse safety practices is beneficial. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 55.0 per week
