$19.00-$21.00 per hour

Role Description:
We are looking for a precise and reliable individual to assist with warehouse and manufacturing tasks in Eden Prairie. Your primary focus will involve gathering and organizing raw components for production, readying finished goods for delivery, and keeping the warehouse environment orderly. The perfect applicant is self-motivated, focused on accuracy, and capable of managing tasks autonomously. While prior experience in logistics or material handling is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite for this role.
Core Duties:
Gather and organize raw components to ensure production schedules are met. Confirm that all items, counts, tags, and documentation align with work orders to ensure high quality. Help ensure customer satisfaction by accurately picking and packing finished products for shipment. Streamline production workflows by preparing and arranging materials effectively. Help maintain a high standard of inventory control by ensuring all items are stored in their correct locations. Follow standardized inventory protocols to support overall operational accuracy. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of warehouse organization. Report any inventory inconsistencies or material issues to management promptly. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the area clean. Promote a culture of safety by actively participating in warehouse cleanliness initiatives. Manage your daily tasks independently to ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled. Perform other warehouse-related duties as requested by the team.
Requirements:
Prior background in picking, packing, inventory, or general warehouse work is a plus but not mandatory. No specific educational background is required for this position. High level of focus on details, especially when verifying labels, product counts, and numerical data. Ensure seamless shipping operations by accurately matching products to specific order requirements. Demonstrate self-sufficiency by maintaining consistent productivity throughout your shift. Reliable and eager to take on new tasks as the business grows. Strong ability to keep work areas and tasks organized. Capable of interpreting and executing both written and spoken directions. Work well with others to achieve collective goals. Physically capable of standing, walking, and reaching for the duration of your shift. Help maintain physical inventory standards by lifting and handling items up to 20 pounds.

A well-maintained and orderly production and warehouse setting. Frequent physical activity throughout the facility during the shift. Regular tasks involving walking, standing, reaching, and handling various materials. Hands-on engagement with inventory, finished goods, and production documentation.
